CX99 Terms & Conditions

Welcome to CX99, accessible at https://cx99.cam (hereinafter referred to as "CX99", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between CX99 and any individual (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the CX99 platform in any capacity.

CX99 operates as an English-language online betting information and navigation platform. The Platform provides educational guides, responsible gambling resources, transparent explanations of betting and casino concepts, and general information about online gambling platforms for adults in Pakistan and other permitted jurisdictions. CX99 does not operate as a gambling operator, does not accept wagers or player deposits, and does not hold player funds.

By accessing CX99, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply unless context requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the CX99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which Users must satisfy at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the licence conditions of any Operator you choose to use. CX99 takes a zero-tolerance approach to underage access and strongly supports parental controls and device monitoring software in households with minors.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using gambling-related information is lawful in your jurisdiction. In Pakistan, gambling restrictions exist under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation. CX99 does not represent that its content is appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be under any self-exclusion, cooling-off or exclusion order relating to online gambling, whether imposed voluntarily or by an Operator or regulatory authority.
• Accurate Information: Where you provide information to CX99 (e.g., via contact enquiries), you must ensure that such information is accurate, current and not misleading.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use CX99 only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Platform. In particular, you agree not to:

To the extent that CX99 offers any registered account functionality, the following rules apply. Users acknowledge that account rules of any third-party Operator are entirely separate and govern their gambling activity independently.

• One Account Per Person: Each User may hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain duplicate benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. CX99 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials where you have failed to exercise reasonable care.
• Accurate Registration Details: All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. Providing false information — including false age declarations — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify CX99 immediately at the contact details set out in Clause 15.

CX99 provides educational information about sports betting and casino gaming, with particular reference to markets relevant to Pakistani users — including Pakistan cricket, PSL/T20 tournaments, ICC competitions, football and UFC events. The following conduct standards apply to all Users:

CX99 does not process payments, accept deposits or facilitate financial transactions of any kind. All financial activity — including deposits, withdrawals and currency conversions — takes place exclusively between the User and the relevant third-party Operator and/or payment provider.

References on CX99 to Pakistani payment options such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided as familiar context for Pakistani users only. These references do not imply that those providers endorse, support or permit gambling transactions. Availability of any payment method on any Operator's platform is subject to:

• The Operator's own cashier and provider agreements;
• The payment provider's own terms of service and applicable regulations;
• Applicable Pakistani and international law; and
• The User's own bank or wallet account status and compliance requirements.

Users must verify current payment method availability directly on the Operator's live cashier platform before initiating any transaction. CX99 cannot be held responsible for any loss arising from payment processing issues, failed transactions or payment method unavailability on third-party platforms.

CX99 may describe bonus and promotional structures offered by third-party Operators for educational purposes. The following applies to all bonus-related content on the Platform:

• All bonus terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits — are set exclusively by the individual Operator and are subject to change without notice.
• CX99 does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or continued existence of any bonus described on the Platform. Users must verify current bonus terms directly on the Operator's official platform before accepting any offer.
• Wagering requirements (also referred to as playthrough requirements) specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• CX99 expressly disclaims any liability for losses, disputes or unmet expectations arising from a User's participation in any bonus or promotional offer issued by a third-party Operator.

CX99 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Gambling is an adult activity that carries financial risk. Users must approach all gambling activity as entertainment, never as a source of income or a means of recovering previous losses.

As a condition of using the Platform, all Users agree to:

• Only gamble with funds they can genuinely afford to lose;
• Set and adhere to personal deposit, loss and time limits where the Operator makes such tools available;
• Never attempt to chase losses by increasing stake sizes;
• Take regular breaks and maintain perspective on their gambling activity;
• Make use of self-exclusion tools if they believe their gambling is becoming problematic; and
• Ensure that minors in their household cannot access gambling-related content or platforms.

All Content on the CX99 Platform — including but not limited to text, editorial guides, layout, design, graphics, logos (excluding third-party marks), and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of CX99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view CX99 Content for personal, non-commercial informational purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or republication of any Content without prior written consent;
• Commercial exploitation of any Platform Content;
• Removal or alteration of any copyright or proprietary notices; or
• Use of data-scraping, framing or similar techniques to extract or repurpose Content.

Third-party brand names referenced on CX99 (including payment providers, sports leagues and cricket organisations) remain the property of their respective owners. Such references are made purely for editorial and informational purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement or commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CX99, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Platform or its Content;
• Any reliance placed by you on information published on the Platform;
• Any financial loss incurred through participation in gambling on a third-party Operator platform;
• Any dispute between you and a third-party Operator, payment provider or financial institution;
• Any interruption, suspension or discontinuation of the Platform or its Services;
• Unauthorised access to your account or transmission of your data; or
• Any errors or inaccuracies in Platform Content.

CX99 provides the Platform and its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

CX99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if CX99 reasonably believes that the User:

• Has breached any provision of these Terms;
• Has provided false or misleading information;
• Is under the minimum eligible age;
• Is using the Platform in a manner that is unlawful or harmful to CX99 or other users; or
• Has engaged in any conduct that CX99 deems, at its sole discretion, to be inappropriate.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which CX99 is registered and operates. Where Users access the Platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction, they do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any licence or authorisation to engage in gambling in any jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited or restricted by law. Users in Pakistan are specifically reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable legislation may restrict or prohibit online gambling, and that CX99 does not claim any authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani financial institution in relation to gambling activities.

CX99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication of the updated Terms on the Platform, indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
